What Velzio is
Velzio is a workplace product that helps organizations get employees to complete required actions, such as onboarding steps, migrations, security training, policy acknowledgements and AI tool adoption. Admins build rollouts in a web portal; employees see and complete steps through a desktop client on Windows or Mac.
Data we store
To operate the product, Velzio stores:
- Admin account data: name, work email, role, and sign-in activity for people who manage a workspace.
- Workspace settings: branding, connected identity provider, groups, and configuration choices.
- Rollout content: the steps, links, instructions and messages an admin creates.
- Completion events: which steps an employee identifier completed, when, and on which platform.
- Employee identifiers: user, group and tenant identifiers from your identity provider, used to target rollouts and attribute completion.
- Technical logs: error and request logs kept for reliability and support.
What we do not intend to store
Velzio is not designed to store the content of employee files, chats, emails or documents. It is built to work from identifiers and completion state, not the content of an employee's work.
Where data is hosted
Velzio is hosted on Microsoft Azure in West Europe. Workspaces are designed so one customer's rollout content and completion data are not visible to another. A current list of infrastructure and service providers is maintained on the sub-processors page.
Customer responsibilities
Your organization controls who receives a rollout, what it says, and which admins can see completion data. Velzio does not decide this on your behalf.
