Using the service

Velzio is licensed to your organization to build and deliver rollouts to employees and to report on completion. These terms will govern that use once finalized.

Account responsibilities

Your organization is responsible for admin accounts created under your workspace, for the accuracy of rollout content, and for who is granted admin access.

Acceptable use

Velzio may not be used to deliver unlawful content, to collect employee data beyond what your organization discloses to its employees, or to circumvent the identity and access controls of the connected tenant.

Customer content

Rollout content you create, including text, links and branding, remains your organization's content. Velzio processes it to deliver and report on your rollouts.

Trial terms

The free trial runs for 30 days, requires no card, and supports one user across all of that user's devices. Final trial terms for team-wide trials will be documented here.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or annually, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Placeholder terms for invoicing, refunds and proration will be added here.

Limitation of liability

Termination
